- From this activity I have learnt that videos of this style have a very large number of quick shots - a fast cutting rate, over half the shots out of the ones I analysed are only one second in length, thus proving this point.
- Videos such as these do not rely so heavily on prevelance of the artists but instead just aspects around them; their celebrity friends, the area, their activites and culture etc. help build their star image.
- There are no transitions in the video and rule of thirds is used heavily to create equilibrium, as well as shallow focus and high saturation to make the music video more clear and colourful, the fact that the majority of shots are close-ups or mid shots is complemented by the shallow focus.
